How the Atomic Habits Book Reshaped My Life
Atomic Habits by James Clear is one of my favorite books. In this article, I'm not going to review the book; there are plenty of book reviews on it. I added some of them to the reference. In this article, I will tell how that book reshaped my lifestyle by adding good habits and breaking bad habits.
I must admit that reading books has never been a favorite activity of mine, dating back to my childhood. Four years ago, I had not finished reading any books other than my textbooks. In 2019, I read "Who Says You Can't? You Do" by Daniel Chidiac, which was the first book I ever finished. It took me three years to finish reading the book, and I did not read it continuously. Subsequently, I started exploring life-changing non-fiction books. I am not a person who just reads for entertainment but to learn something valuable for my life.
